EduPad
An EduPad Advertisement: A future teacher's judgement:
Do you want to work together with others on
brainstormings, project plans, publications, or other documents in a higher education and research environment? But not all of your team can be present at the same time or location? Maybe even across organisations? Then EduPad is for you. |
Do I want the things mentioned on the left as a future teacher?
YES. YES. PROBABLY. YES. NO!!! Basically no. NO! All in all, I think EduPad is a useful tool, especially for University students, who often have to prepare presentations for classes and can hardly find time to meet in person. But I am not sure if it is such an appropriate tool for students at school, especially not for younger ones. I would want my students to work in groups, but as a foreign language teacher I would rather like to make them talk to each other as often as possible, which is why I would want them to create a traditional poster after a verbal discussion. Maybe I would use it with older students, while working on a common (online) project, since they might be able to organize themselves better than younger ones and might be able to use EduPad in a meaningful way. |
